SparrowXpress provides a cloud-based retail management platform including:

  • Point of Sale (POS) billing system
  • Inventory management
  • Customer relationship management
  • Online storefront capabilities
  • Reporting and analytics

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Payment Terms

  • Free Trial: 5 days, no credit card required
  • Subscription: ₹999/month, billed monthly
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime, no penalties
  • Refunds: Pro-rated refunds available within 7 days

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We will never sell or share your customer data with third parties without your explicit consent.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or spam
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.

SparrowXpress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
